Indiana Jones and the Great Circle (Bethesda/MachineGames)
The highly anticipated Indiana Jones and the Great Circle game finally arrives in 2024. Players can find themselves in the shoes of Indy through an immersive, first-person experience. Players will be dropped into a world of adventure, with just their whip and wits to survive. With artefacts to hunt down, and mysteries around every corner, players can expect a true Indiana Jones experience.
We personally can’t wait to find out what kind of antics Indy will get up to in his latest adventure, and we’ll certainly be keeping our eyes peeled. With a full release date still to be announced, we’ll have to wait a little longer before we can get started on this journey. The game is available to wishlist on Steam now!
Hades II (Supergiant Games)
The incredibly anticipated sequel to the award-winning rogue-like dungeon crawler, Hades, is due to come out later this year in early access. This time, players will take on the role of Melinoë, immortal Princess of the Underworld, daughter of Hades and sister of Zagreus. Hades II appears to have strong links to the world of witchcraft, as well as, of course, Greek Mythology. Players will meet, befriend, and possibly fight iconic figures from Greek Myth, such as Apollo and Hecate.
Nominated as one of the most anticipated games of 2024 during the 2023 Game Awards, it’s clear there’s a lot of hype around the game. Hades proved to be an incredible, addictive gaming experience that left players craving more and more, and we’re certain that Hades II will deliver a similar hook upon release.
Star Wars Outlaws (Massive Entertainment/Ubisoft)
Star Wars Outlaws promises to be the first-ever open world Star Wars game, providing players with the ultimate, immersive Star Wars experience. Players will be able to explore distinct planets across the galaxy, with some known to players, and others being brand new. Throughout the game, players will take on the role of Kay Vess, alongside her companion Nix.
The game certainly looks like it’s going to excite, with players joining the galaxy’s most wanted by fighting, stealing, and outwitting their opponents. As big Star Wars fans, we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to truly explore the galaxy. Star Wars Outlaws was also nominated as one of the most anticipated games of 2024 during the 2023 Game Awards, so it’s clear we’re not alone in our hype.
Skull & Bones (Ubisoft)
Skull & Bones has been on our radar for a long time, and we don’t have to wait much longer until it’s finally in our hands. Players will soon be able to set sail across dark and dangerous seas, and take on threats with massive cannons. This can all be done solo, or within alliances with friends or other players they may encounter.
While players build up their reputation, they can take part in exciting naval battles, making them risk it all for huge amounts of loot. As players grow their Infamy, they will unlock access to additional resources to expand their smuggling empire. We can’t wait to see what antics players get up to on the high seas! Skull & Bones releases for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC on February 16 2024.
Princess Peach: Showtime! (Nintendo)
Princess Peach finally gets her first standalone game since Super Princess Peach back in 2005 for the Nintendo DS. In Princess Peach: Showtime!, players will take control of Princess Peach on her journey to save the Sparkle Theater from the evil Grape and the Sour Bunch.
Peach will have various transformations throughout the game, providing her with new abilities to help protect the theatre. Some of these transformations appear to include a swordfighter, pastry chef, and a kung fu master. We’re looking forward to seeing Peach take centre stage, and we’re certain she can lead her own narrative. It’s about time! Players can get their hands on Princess Peach: Showtime! for Nintendo Switch on March 22 2024.
